Sunset Digital Asset Management was founded in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, when some of the early-stage blockchain funds started to make distributions to their limited partners. The intention from the beginning was simple: help LPs unfamiliar with token distributions become more informed and knowledgeable on the alternatives to holding digital assets.
Reade Seiff
MANAGING MEMBER
Reade Seiff founded Sunset Digital Asset Management in 2020 to help LPs unfamiliar with token distributions better manage their digital assets.
He helped investors understand the full range of publicly offered vehicles—including lending, staking, and cold storage—and turned them into SPVs while establishing premier custody services from credible exchanges.
Today, Seiff has made several investments under the Sunset umbrella and has shifted the firm’s strategy from direct investment to managed investments by emerging fund managers.
